The service

Myle Rota is staff rota software: rota, leave, lateness and hours export. The product is used at myle.team. This site sells subscriptions.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions are monthly, billed by Stripe or Revolut. Prices are shown ex VAT. Seat limits are those published on the pricing page. Extra seats on Ops are displayed at £3 / person / month and are billed separately in this release.

Launch access

After payment, the workspace is enabled manually, normally within one business day. A Stripe receipt is not itself a login.

Acceptable use

Lawful business use only. Do not use the service to break employment or data law.

Liability

Liability cap placeholder: our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months, except where the law does not allow a limit. The product is not employment-law advice or a payroll engine.
